“This Game Is Over” is also an advance of one of the highlight releases of the year: La Música No Se Toca (Live), a CD + DVD of the concert Alejandro Sanz delivered on June 19 at the Olympic Stadium La Cartuja in Seville. A digipack that will soon go on sale where fans will be able to relive the greatness of his live performance which also includes high-profile duets with Malu, David Bisbal, Manolo Garcia, Jamie Cullum and Pablo Alboran.
Colombian music director, Julio Reyes Copello produced “This Game Is Over”, Alejandro Sanz’ new single featuring English-born singer, Emeli Sandé and renowned actor and R&B performer, Jamie Foxx. Within hours of its release, the single has peaked at # 1 on the Spanish radio charts.
The record unites the voices of these three artists from different genres; it is an unreleased song recorded in three cities also of distinct characteristics: Miami, London and Madrid. The song was composed by producer Reyes Copello in the company of Alejandro Sanz and Alejandro Reyes, mixed at The Miami Arthouse Studios and mastered in New York by Chris Gehringer.
La Música No Se Toca (Live) will include live tracks from the latest album and greatest hits of Alejandro Sanz’ career. Classics like “Corazón Partío,” “Mi Soledad y Yo,” “Amiga Mía” and “No es lo mismo,” will be featured along “This Game Is Over” -the only new unreleased record of the CD.
